Rachel is a certified instructional designer, eLearning developer, and educational technology researcher. She earned her B.A. from University of California. She earned Outstanding Undergraduate in American Studies and Professional Writing and graduated with High Honors. She then went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Education. She designed numerous lessons for K-12 and university learners focusing on digital media and technologies. Dedicated to eLearning and training for higher education and corporate organizations, she earned her Certificate in Instructional Design and eLearning from UC Irvine. Throughout her work, Rachel collaborated with SMEs and clients in the biomedical sciences, medical schools, corporations, and higher education institutions.

Inspired by the intersection of learning and technology, Rachel is an enthusiastic coder and designer with both HTML/CSS and JavaScript. She holds a Coding Certificate from the SheCodes Workshop program. She is passionate about creating engaging E-Learning through Learning Management Systems including Canvas. She has completed courses in Interactive E-Learning with Gamification, Principles and Theories of Instructional Design, E-Learning and Instructional Design Tools (Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Trivantis Lectora, and others), SCORM, and Project Management in the E-Learning Industry.
